Payment

After the order terms have been confirmed, payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer against an invoice.

Cash payment

Cash payment is accepted after the order is confirmed. At settlement, the buyer receives a fiscal cash-register receipt and the sale documents required for the particular transaction.

Bank transfer by invoice

After the products, final price and delivery have been agreed, we issue an invoice using the buyer’s details. Depending on the tax treatment applicable to the particular supply, the invoice either states 22% VAT separately or is marked ‘VAT not applicable’ (Russian: «без НДС»). The applicable treatment and total amount are shown in the invoice before payment.

Published prices

All prices published on the website include 22% VAT. An invoice marked ‘VAT not applicable’ does not by itself mean that 22% is automatically deducted from the published price; the final price is fixed in the invoice before payment.

Security

Online payment is not available on this website. Do not provide bank card details by phone or in the order notes.
