Payment
Payment
For a consumer order, product prices and quantities are fixed when the order is placed. The delivery method, timing and any separate charge are agreed before payment. Payment is accepted in cash or by bank transfer against an invoice.
Cash payment
Cash payment is accepted after the order is placed and the collection or delivery method is clarified. The buyer receives the sale documents required for the transaction.
Bank transfer by invoice
For a consumer order, the invoice repeats the fixed product total and separately agreed delivery terms. For a company or sole trader buying for business use, final supply terms are set by the invoice or contract. Depending on the tax treatment applicable to the supply, the invoice either states 22% VAT separately or is marked ‘VAT not applicable’ (Russian: «без НДС»).
Fiscal receipt
For a consumer settlement, a fiscal cash-register receipt is issued and supplied in the cases and manner required by Federal Law No. 54-FZ, whether payment is in cash or by bank transfer. Statutory exceptions may apply to certain bank-to-bank settlements between companies and sole traders.
Published prices
All prices published on the website include 22% VAT. The product price in a consumer order is fixed when the order is placed. An invoice marked ‘VAT not applicable’ does not by itself mean that 22% is automatically deducted from the published price.
Security
Online payment is not available on this website. Do not provide bank card details by phone or in the order notes.
