Products and orders

The product page states the main specifications, price and available quantity. Submitting an order is the buyer’s offer to purchase. The seller checks stock, specifications, price and delivery. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the material terms and issues an invoice or other confirmation, or accepts payment.

Price and VAT

Published prices are in Russian roubles and include 22% VAT. For a particular supply paid by bank transfer, the invoice may state 22% VAT separately or be marked ‘VAT not applicable’ (Russian: «без НДС»), depending on the tax treatment applicable to that supply. The treatment, price and total amount are fixed in the invoice before payment. An invoice marked ‘VAT not applicable’ does not by itself mean that 22% is automatically deducted from the published price. A price not shown on the product page is agreed before the contract is concluded.

Payment

After manager confirmation, payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer against an invoice. For cash payment, the buyer receives a fiscal cash-register receipt and the sale documents required for the transaction. An invoice for bank transfer is issued using the buyer’s details. Online payment is not available, and this website does not accept or store bank card details.

Delivery and collection

Delivery within the MKAD is free for orders of 6 or more tires. Other Moscow-area deliveries are quoted individually. Regional orders are shipped by CDEK. The specific method, timing, cost and collection or delivery location are confirmed before payment.

Cancellation, returns and warranty

Consumer cancellation, refund, quality inspection and warranty rights are governed by Russian law and the Warranty and Returns page.

Disputes

Orders and disputes are governed by Russian law. Consumers retain the right to complain to Rospotrebnadzor or apply to a competent court.
