Public Offer and Distance Selling Terms
This English translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.
On this page
Consumer orders
For an individual buying for personal use, the website listing is a public offer. Before submission, the website rechecks the product price and available quantity. Once the seller receives the order message and assigns an order number, the retail sale contract is concluded for the products, quantities and prices shown in the confirmation. The manager may clarify compatibility and the delivery service, but does not reconfirm the product contract.
Offer validity
An offer for a specific product remains valid while its card is published with the current price, available quantity and the ability to place an order. The general terms apply from publication until withdrawal or replacement. Withdrawal or amendment does not change an order already placed.
Business purchases
If a company or sole trader buys for business use, the submitted form records a request. Final supply terms are determined by the invoice, contract or other seller confirmation.
Price and VAT
Published prices are in Russian roubles and include 22% VAT. For a particular supply paid by bank transfer, the invoice may state 22% VAT separately or be marked ‘VAT not applicable’ (Russian: «без НДС»), depending on the tax treatment applicable to that supply. An invoice marked ‘VAT not applicable’ does not by itself mean that 22% is automatically deducted from the published price. A product without a published price cannot be ordered through the cart; a separate price request is available.
Payment and receipt
After the order is placed and the collection or delivery method is clarified, payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer against an invoice. For a consumer settlement, a fiscal receipt is issued and supplied in the cases and manner required by Federal Law No. 54-FZ whether payment is in cash or by bank transfer. The buyer also receives the required sale documents. Online payment is not available, and the website does not accept or store bank card details.
Delivery and collection
Moscow deliveries are made using our own vehicles. Delivery within the MKAD is free when ordering a full set of tires for one vehicle. Other Moscow-area deliveries are quoted individually. Regional orders are shipped by CDEK. Delivery service is not automatically included in the product total; its method, timing, separate charge and destination are clarified before payment. Collection is available from the Blizhnie Prudishchi site by prior agreement.
Receiving goods
On receipt, the buyer checks quantity, completeness, visible condition and packaging. A visible issue should be recorded in the carrier’s document or acceptance report; this does not remove rights relating to hidden defects.
Cancellation, returns and warranty
Consumer cancellation, refund, quality inspection and warranty rights are governed by Russian law and the Warranty and Returns page.
Personal data
Order and request data is used for the enquiry and contract under the Personal Data Processing Policy. Consent is obtained by a separate checkbox and separate document.
Claims and disputes
A claim may be written in free form and sent to info@tiretruck.ru or the seller’s legal address. State the order number, a phone number or email for the response, the product and the remedy requested. If refund details are needed, use the agreed secure channel and never send a card number, expiry date or CVC. Russian law applies; consumers may contact Rospotrebnadzor or a competent court.
Changes
A new version applies to orders placed after publication and does not alter agreed terms without the buyer’s consent.
