Consent
By selecting the separate checkbox and submitting a form, I freely and specifically consent to the seller identified in the Contacts section processing the personal data entered in that form.
Purposes
For an enquiry: responding, selecting products or services and agreeing terms. For an order: checking and fulfilling the order, payment documentation, delivery and customer communication.
Operations
Consent covers collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, necessary disclosure to contracted service providers, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies until the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless continued processing is required for a contract or by law. Withdrawal may be sent using the seller’s published contact details. It does not affect processing performed lawfully before receipt.
