The personal data controller is the seller identified in the Contacts section. Requests may be sent to the published postal address, email address or telephone number.
Data and purposes
We process the name, telephone number, company details, Tax ID (INN), selected products or services, order contents, delivery details and user comments when provided. Essential cookies and security information are processed to operate and protect the website.
Legal grounds and processing
Processing is based on the user’s separate consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, contract performance and the controller’s statutory duties under Russian law.
Access and disclosure
Access is limited to authorised staff and contracted service providers who need the data to operate the website, deliver an order or perform the contract. Data is disclosed only to the extent necessary or required by law.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only for the applicable approved period or a longer mandatory accounting or legal period. It is then deleted or anonymised; backup copies are removed through their scheduled rotation.
Your rights
You may request information, correction, restriction, termination of processing or deletion, and may withdraw consent. Processing required for a contract or statutory duty may continue where Russian law permits.
