Warranty and returns
Consumer purchases are governed by Russian consumer protection law. These terms do not restrict statutory rights.
Goods of satisfactory quality
For a distance purchase, a consumer may cancel before delivery and within 7 days after delivery. If the written return procedure was not supplied with the goods, the period is 3 months. The product’s saleable condition and consumer properties must be preserved.
Refunds
A valid refund is made within 10 days of the claim. Documented return-delivery costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
Defective goods
The consumer may exercise the remedies provided by Russian law. The seller may inspect quality and, where the cause is disputed, arrange an expert examination at the seller’s expense.
Business purchases
Purchases by companies and sole traders for business use are governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the agreed order, invoice or contract.
