Warranty and returns
Consumer purchases are governed by Russian consumer protection law. These terms do not restrict statutory rights.
Goods of satisfactory quality
For a distance purchase, a consumer may cancel before delivery and within 7 days after delivery. If the written return procedure was not supplied with the goods, the period is 3 months. The product’s saleable condition and consumer properties must be preserved. A missing receipt does not prevent the consumer from relying on other proof of purchase. A satisfactory product made for the individually defined needs of one buyer is not returnable.
Written return information
The Russian printable notice at /returns/memo describes the procedure and must be supplied with the goods on paper or another durable medium.
Refunds
A valid refund is made within 10 days of the claim, normally by the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Documented return-delivery costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
Defective goods
The consumer may exercise the remedies provided by Russian law. The seller pays the cost of returning defective goods. The seller may inspect quality and, where the cause is disputed, arrange an expert examination at the seller’s expense; the buyer may participate and challenge the conclusion.
Warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty period and terms are stated in the documents for the specific product. If no warranty period is set, the periods and rules of Russian law apply.
How to make a claim
A claim may be written in free form and sent to info@tiretruck.ru or the seller’s legal address. State the order number, a phone number or email for the response, the product and the remedy requested. Coordinate transfer of the product in advance. If refund bank details are required, use the agreed secure channel and never send a card number, expiry date or CVC.
Business purchases
Purchases by companies and sole traders for business use are governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the agreed order, invoice or contract.
